Meet our Founders

Dr. Shana Wise is an ordained Pastor and CEO of Wise Choice Ministries (est. 2016). She is the founder of The Well Christian Women’s Network formally known as Christian Women Preachers United. Dr. Wise is the author of women’s Devotionals Acts of Intercession and Chief Women Arise, The Impact of Your Election, and Basic Ministry Training Manual (all available on Amazon). She received a Doctor of Divinity degree in 2019 from St. Thomas Christian University. Her passion is to teach and preach the gospel of Jesus Christ, equip others to apply the Word to their lives and demonstrate the Word through the power of the Holy Spirit. She is a televangelist that appears on social media outlets. Shana is married to Pastor Ron Wise and is the mother of four children.

Pastor Ron Wise is the CFO of Wise Choice Ministries Inc., which he founded with his wife Shana in 2016. He was ordained as a Deacon in 2014 and as Pastor in 2023 under Bishop Dr. Izell Kirkpatrick. Ron worked in the medical field for 10 years for the State of Michigan until 2011 when he sustained a spinal cord injury that left him disabled. His book, From Tragedy to Triumph, was written by Ron to share his life-changing experience after his car accident. He is married to Shana Wise and they have four children, Chris, DeVon, Imani, and Justin.

Who we are.

Wise Choice Ministries is a church ministry and 501c3 non-profit that is evolving. Established in 2016 in Jacksonville, Florida, Wise Choice Ministries' focus is to train, equip, disciple, and release the individuals that God sends us.

As an expanding outreach ministry, we can offer the following services: 1) Host Christian family-friendly community events, worship services, and evangelistic functions. 2) Partner and collaborate with other ministries who serve in their community. 3) Train, license, and ordain clergy. 4) Provide covering and support for clergy and ministries. 5) Support efforts of those called to the mission field. 5) Spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ through television programming, social media, and other outlets.

WHAT WE BELIEVE

Wise Choice Ministries is a non-denominational church located in the Jacksonville, Florida area.

Est. July 2016

We believe the Bible to be the inspired and only infallible written Word of God.

We believe that there is only one God, eternally existent in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.

We believe in the blessed Hope, which is the rapture of the Church of God, which is in Christ, at His return.

We believe that the only means of being cleansed from sin is through repentance and faith in the precious Blood of Jesus Christ. Rom 10:9.

We believe that regeneration through Christ is absolutely essential for personal salvation and that the Holy Ghost is made evident by one’s demonstration of the fruit of the spirit operating in their life.

We believe that the redemptive work of Christ on the Cross provides healing for the human body and an answer to the believer’s prayer.

We believe in the sanctifying power of the Holy Spirit, by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a holy and separated life in this present world.

We believe that when a believer is "baptized in the Holy Spirit", the gifts of the Spirit are activated in the recipient to edify the body of Christ, the church. Some of these gifts are listed in 1 Corinthians 12.

We believe in the five-fold ministry that consists of : apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors (shepherds), and teachers. We also believe and acknowledge the gifts of deacons and deaconesses, missionaries, bishops, and ministers.

Romans 10:9-13
